Rye Whiskey and Ice
As a rule of life, I have discovered whiskey need not water in a solid or liquid form to make whiskey drinkable. It is a belief that if what is in glass didn’t come from the whiskey bottle then it need not be in the glass. While I hold this to be truth and as an absolute to help me begin to create a stable alcoholic reality, I have discovered with the help of a bar tender a few small cubes of ice can help give body to a rye whiskey on a warm or hot day.
